Cell Sciences range of high quality immunoassay kits deliver the sensitivity and performance required for efficient and consistent detection of cytokines, chemokines, growth factors and their associated receptors.

Our ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay) kits enable in vitro quantitative and qualitative detection of mammalian proteins from serum, plasma and tissue culture supernatant. For ELISA assays on a tighter budget, our range of matched antibody pairs are the cost effective do-it-yourself option. Matched antibody pairs are also available for use in ELISPOT (Enzyme-Linked ImmunoSPOT). Our ELISPOT assay kits allow detection of cells actively secreting cytokines in single cell suspensions. This technique has higher sensitivity compared to ELISA and is ideal for monitoring the response to stimuli of cells present at a very low frequency.

With over 1000 immunoassay kits and corresponding kit components available, cell signalling research has never been simpler or more flexible. Many kits are available in multiple assay formats, sizes or species reactivity. For example, IL-6 detection can be performed by ELISA or ELISPOT on human samples or monkey samples, with or without plates, or alternatively utilizing matched antibody pairs for ELISA or ELISPOT.
