Recommended to prepare > 20 ml size aliquots of original product and store at -20°C to -80°C, to avoid loss of activity to freeze/thaw cycles.

1. Thaw 1 aliquot and dilute the required quantity poly-HRP with dilution buffer.
2. A concentration of 1% casein in the dilution buffer is recommended to minimize background.
3. For optimal results with ELISA techniques HPE buffer (M1940) is recommended, for ELISPOT the PeliSPOT (M2540) buffer is recommended.
