Tissues, Fluids and Lysates (biofluids)

Validate your research with Cell Sciences’ portfolio of reference tissues, tissue lysates, cell line lysates and biofluids. To complement our catalog of antibodies, proteins and peptides, our wide range of human biofluids are suitable for research applications or as standards in Western blotting.

For your convenience, tissue and cell lysates are supplied pre-denatured and reduced in SDS sample buffer ready for loading on SDS-PAGE for Western blotting. The range includes: lysates from human cell lines grown in tissue culture, normal tissues and cancerous tissues taken from patients; mouse cell lines grown in tissue culture and normal tissues from white mouse strains; and rat tissues sourced from white laboratory rats. Our range of tissues sourced from human, mouse and rat species includes a variety of PAI-1 knockout mouse organs for use as negative controls in western blotting, immunohistochemistry and immunoprecipitation.
