Description:

Zilovertamab is a humanized monoclonal antibody that inhibits the tumor promoting activity of ROR1 and has demonstrated additive/synergistic activity with many anti-cancer agents. ROR1 is a type 1 transmembrane protein, essential for fetal development, that is expressed on the plasma membrane with an extracellular domain that is essential for ligand binding and signal transduction. Zilovertamab binds to many different types of cancer cells, but does not recognize most normal adult tissues.
