Description:

Research Grade Anti-Human Hypo-glycosylated MUC1 (TAB004) is a chimeric monoclonal antibody that is highly specific for the tumor-associated form of the MUC1 protein (tMUC1) which is overexpressed and aberrantly glycosylated. TAB-004 distinguishes between normal and cancerous MUC1, binding to tMUC1, leaving normal MUC1 on healthy cells unaffected. It has potential in targeted therapy for various cancers, particularly triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) and pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC).
