Description:

Recombinant Human Plasminogen Activator Inhibitor type 1 (PAI1): Tissue Plasminogen Activator (tPA) Complex. Human PAI-1 stable mutant is reacted with an excess of human sc-tPA at physiological pH. The resulting 1:1 molar complex is purified from the remaining PAI-1 by immunoaffinity chromatorgraphy.
