Interferon alpha/beta receptor 2, IFN-R-2, IFN-alpha binding protein, Type I interferon receptor 2

Species:

Human

Cat. No.:

CRH465B-Fc pdf (datasheet)

Quantity/Size:

100 µg

Price:

$560.00 BUY

Description:

Interferon-alpha/beta receptor beta chain (IFNAR2) with IFNAR1, forms the heterodimeric receptor for type I interferons. Binding and activation of the receptor stimulates their associated Janus kinases to cross-phosphorylate one another.

Entrez Symbol:

IFNAR2

Uniprot Name:

Interferon alpha/beta receptor 2

Uniprot ID:

P48551

Data PDF:

CRH465-Fc

Source:

Mammalian cells

Tag:

C-hFc-His

Formulation:

Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4 containing 5% Trehalose, 5% Mannitol

Purity:

> 90 % as determined by SDS-PAGE

Biological Activity:

Immobilized recombinant human IFNA2 at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind human IFNAR2 with a linear range of 0.2-617 ng/mL.

Endotoxin Level:

< 0.1 EU/μg of protein, determined by LAL analysis

Amino Acid Sequence:

A DNA sequence encoding the extracellular domain of human IFNAR2 isoform a (Ile27-Lys243) was fused with human Fc-His tag at the C-terminus.

Reconstitution:

Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Add sterile distilled water to a concentration of 0.1 mg/mL and gently pipette the solution up and down the sides of the vial. DO NOT VORTEX. Allow several minutes for complete reconstitution.

Storage/Stability:

Lyophilized protein is stable for up to 1 year from date of receipt at -20°C to -80°C.
