Biological Activity:

The transfected cells were cultivated in a mini-reactor Characteristic: 50μg/ml totally inhibits binding of FITC-LP(0.5μg/ml) to 6 x 105 CD14+CHO transfectants. Up to 10μg/ml inhibits binding of LPS-FITC.

Reconstitution:

Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in 10 �l sterile ddH2O. The solution can then be further diluted in other aqueous buffers.

Application notes:

Product is unpurified cell culture supernatant. For special tests (ex. Cell culture experiments) a control (cell culture supernatant of vector transfected CHO cells, Cat. No. CRS150) is necessary.
