Alpha-fucosidase/AlfC is a highly specific exoglycosidase that catalyzes the hydrolysis of alpha-1,6-linked fucose joined to the reducing-end N-acetylglucosamine of the carbohydrate moieties of glycoproteins.
Recombinant Alpha-fucosidase/AlfC is cloned from Lacticaseibacillus paracasei (Lactobacillus paracasei) and expressed in E.coli
