Specificity:
Protein G binds the Fc portion of IgGs from several species including human and mouse (IgG1 weakly) subclasses. it does not bind IgA, IgE, IgM or serum albumin.

Application notes:
Working dilutions for ELISA 1:4,000 - 1:8,000. Since applications vary, you should determine the optimum working dilution for the product that is appropriate for your specific need.
