Murine monoclonal antibody that targets Sialyl-Thomsen nouveau antigen (STn) expressed in a mammalian cell line and purified using Protein A/G affinity chromatography. STn is the sialylated form of the Tn antigen, a truncated O-glycan found on the surface of many cancer cells. Aberrant glycosylation pathways in cancer cells can lead to STn expression, making STn a potential target for therapy.
