Lyophilized from a 0.5 mg/ml IgG solution in 10 mM ammonium bicarbonate buffer

Reconstitution:

Centrifuge vial briefly to consolidate product.
Reconstitute in 200 μl 100 mM PBS or Tris-HCl, pH 7.0 - 8.0.
Addition of sodium azide at 0.05% is recommended for long term storage.

Application notes:

ELISA: suggested dilution 1:2000 - 1:4000
IHC: suggested dilution 1:100 - 1:500
Immunoblot: suggested dilution 1:200 - 1:1000

Storage/Stability:

Upon receipt store at -20°C to -80°C for up to 1 year. Upon reconstitution, store at 2-8°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
