Mouse Anti-Human TNF-R2 Clone 80M2 monoclonal antibody is a non-agonistic receptor modulating antibody. It enhances in vitro TNF responses by increasing the affinity of the soluble form to TNF-alpha to TNF-RII. The reactivity of the antibody with cell bound TNF-Receptor is minimally inhibited by high concentrations of TNF-alpha.
