MON 3037 recognizes most of the acidic (Type I) keratins. It’s broadly reactive and stains positively almost all epithelia and their neoplasms. . In addition, this antibody exhibits the interesting property of producing heterogeneous staining within a given epithelium; the detailed staining pattern varies depending on the differentiated and/or growth state of the individual cells.
