Description:

The antibody reacts with free kappa chains, but not with kappa chains attached to heavy chains. No reaction is observed with Ig kappa on membranes of lymphocytes. No cross reactivity with lambda chains. In Ouchterlony immunodiffusion no reaction with Bence Jones kappa is observed.
