The mouse monoclonal antibody recognizes Human CXCL9/ MIG, a small cytokine belonging to the CXC chemokine family. CXCL9 is a T-cell chemoattractant, which is induced by IFN-gamma and functions by interacting with the Chemokine (C-X-C motif) Receptor 3 (CXCR3).
Sandwich ELISA: recommended concentration of 0.125 - 0.25 µg/mL (100 µl/well) will detect at least 100 pg/mL of recombinant human CXCL9/MIG when used with an appropriate biotinylated detection antibody at a concentration of approximately 0.5 - 1µg/mL.
Western Blot: recommended concentration of 0.5 - 2.0 µg/mL, when used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents, will detect a minimum of 0.25 - 0.5 ng/lane (non-reducing conditions) and 2.0 - 4.0 ng/lane (reducing conditions) of recombinant human CXCL9/MIG.
