Reconstitution:

Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in sterile ddH2O to a concentration of 1 mg/ml. The solution can then be further diluted in other aqueous buffers.

Application notes:

ELISA: The antibody can be used at a concentration of 1-2 g/ml, as a capture antibody in conjunction with a compatible secondary reagent to yield satisfactory results in a sandwich ELISA (using 100 l/well antibody solution).

Storage/Stability:

Lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for ?1month and at -20℃C for >1 year. After reconstitution, stable for ?6 weeks at 2-4℃C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
