Description:

MON1010 reacts with a 110 kD antigen present on the peripheral blood lymphocyte subset (primarily large granular lymphocytes) identified by the HNK-1 monoclonal antibody. It recognizes part of the Natural Killer cell population. CD57 is furthermore present on cells in neuroectodermal tissue.
