Description:

The antibody is directed against the 205-220 kD form of CD45, the leukocyte common antigen. This antigen is present on peripheral B-lymphocytes as well as on a subpopulation of the peripheral T-lymphocytes. The population of CD4+ T-lymphocytes carrying the CD45RA determinant is the non activated suppressor-inducer subset of CD4 T-lymphocytes.
