Description:

Mouse Monoclonal Antibody against Human Angiopoietin 2 is produced in tissue culture originally from a mouse myeloma fused with spleen cells from a mouse. Angiopoietin 2 (ANGPT2) is an antagonist of Angiopoietin 1 (ANGPT1) and endothelial TEK tyrosine kinase (TIE-2, TEK). Angiopoietin 2 disrupts the vascular remodeling ability of Angiopoietin 1 and may induce endothelial cell apoptosis.

Western blot: suggested dilution 1:500 - 1:1,000
IHC: suggested dilution 1:100 - 1:200

Storage/Stability:

Store lyophilized antibody at -20°C to -80°C for at least 1 year. Reconstituted antibody is stable for at least 6 months in working aliquots at -20°C to -80°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
