MON4005 reacts with myosin-containing elements in most cell types. Antigen localization: cytoplasm In Western blot experiments the antibody reacts with a 75kD part of the heavy chain (epitope location on a myosin-common site-chain), no reaction with light chains. It is not reactive with alpha-cardiac myosin.
