Description:
The Infliximab level ELISA is a sandwich-type enzyme immunoassay in which TNF is captured by monoclonal antibodies which are coated to polystyrene microtiter wells. The Infliximab binds to the TNF on the microtiter plate. Subsequently, a biotinylated anti-idiotype antibody is added. This antibody binds to the Infliximab/TNF/anti-TNF complex present in the microtiter well. A colred product is formed in proportion to the amount of Infliximab present in the sample or standard. The concentration of Infliximab is determined by interpolation with the standard curve.

ELISA: The kit does not contain the Infliximab standard. A protocol is supplied how to prepare the Infliximab standard curve from an Infliximab vial of 100 mg/ml.
