Dupilumab (REGN-668) is a fully human mAb to IL-4 receptor subunit α (IL-4Rα) that inhibits both IL-4 and IL-13 signaling, by binding to the IL-4 receptor subunit alpha. It is used for the treatment of moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis (eczena), persistent asthma and chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyposis (CRSwNP).
