Each bottle contains 55 ml five-fold concentrated buffer with merthiolate (0.001%) as preservative.

Storage/Stability:

High Performance ELISA Buffer Concentrate should be stored at -20°C. After diluting to working strength (1X), it can be stored for 1 week at 2-8°C or 3 months at -20°C. Do not use this product beyond the expiration date.

Application notes:

This product is used in ELISA with poly-HRP-conjugated streptavidin with the goal of diminishing background signal.
It is particularly useful in ELISA for determination of cytokines in plasma or serum.
