Anti-Benzonase Nuclease/Endonuclease (1A229) monoclonal antibody was purified from cell culture by affinity chromatography. Serratia marcescens is an opportunistic pathogen in humans, involved in nosocomial infections (hospital-acquired infections.) Benzonase Nuclease/Endonuclease degrades DNA and RNA and is used to reduce viscosity by removing nucleic acids from protein samples.
